Senior Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations, the remote Senior Deployment Engineer will manage strategic deployments, optimize frameworks, and drive cross-functional execution while ensuring client delivery aligns with technical and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic deployments, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes are met
• Project manage end-to-end implementation strategies, including complex integrations and stakeholder alignment
• Optimize deployment frameworks by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, or systems architecture (SaaS/enterprise software)
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations, including API, SDK, and cloud integrations
• Deep technical skills with the ability to engage engineering while translating business needs into scalable solutions
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence through process, automation, and tooling
• Strong understanding of deployment's commercial impact on revenue and retention
