Senior Deployment Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Deployment Strategist will collaborate with customers to adopt and deploy AI technology, acting as a technical advisor and product partner to ensure meaningful value and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch client strategic partnership through white-glove communication and trusted workflow advisory
• Support deep technical execution by assisting with API integration, systems architecture, and hands-on diagnostics
• Drive cross-functional product evolution by advocating for customer needs and communicating feedback to product and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles
• Experience working with APIs or developer-facing platforms
• Strong technical foundation with an understanding of system architecture and integrations
• Proven ability to engage and build trust with both engineers and business executives
• Demonstrated track record of driving software adoption and measurable customer success
