Senior Deposit Account Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deposit Account & Membership Service Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the new deposit account origination process, ensuring accuracy and user experience
• Analyze data to recommend and implement best practices for automated decisioning in account applications
• Support deposit account servicing activities, including onboarding and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of operations and account/loan decisioning experience at a financial institution required
• Demonstrated experience applying technology tools to improve efficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple software systems simultaneously
• High level of trustworthiness and integrity
