Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Developer for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce multimedia learning experiences, including video and visual systems
• Translate educator needs into intuitive user journeys and content structures
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver design solutions and improve experiences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Educational Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences or instructional products
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
• Experience designing for both digital and print environments
• Strong foundation in UX and user-centered design principles
