Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Design Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the evolution of the design system into an agent-native platform
• Advance quality and governance by establishing standards for consistency and accessibility
• Drive alignment and delivery across Design, Engineering, and Product to meet product needs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product, platform, or systems development
• 6+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design and engineering
• Proven experience building or leading design-to-code systems or platforms
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a relevant field with corresponding years of experience
• Experience managing managers and building a strong leadership layer
