Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to enhance the developer experience through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to estimate schedules, set priorities, and support product planning
• Generate and iterate solutions for product challenges by synthesizing user needs and business insights
• Rapidly explore and prototype interactive concepts, especially around emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent educational background with relevant experience
• Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience shipping products and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
• Knowledge of typical data center designs/architectures and industry design trends
• Engineering experience in modern web development (e.g., React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript methodologies)
