Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join its Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build polished, interactive web experiences for the marketing site in collaboration with the UX design team
• Evolve and maintain the design system and component library to improve consistency and quality
• Enhance accessibility and performance across the website through ongoing iteration and improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering, particularly with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with front-end animation and design systems
• Strong understanding of web accessibility and performance optimization
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and think in systems to build scalable solutions
• Experience working effectively in remote, asynchronous environments
