Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Design Engineer will manage the specification, design, and installation of cost-effective equipment systems for Water Treatment and Pulp & Paper Chemicals, serving as the primary liaison for the field sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support for field sales in specifying and installing equipment systems
• Manage equipment project requests and oversee the capital asset pool to minimize idle assets
• Facilitate product management and development, ensuring sustainable profitability and effective technology transfer

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of industry experience with complex project management
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to work autonomously
• Experience in solving complex technical problems and applying new concepts
• Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels to achieve results
