Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support sales of Water Treatment and Pulp & Paper Chemicals, the full-time remote Senior Design Engineer will manage equipment system specifications, design, installation oversight, and troubleshooting while liaising with the field sales force.

Key responsibilities

• Provide equipment systems expertise to support field sales in specifying, installing, and operating equipment
• Manage equipment project requests and oversee the design and installation of feed equipment at customer sites
• Facilitate product management and development for equipment offerings, ensuring profitability and effective vendor qualification

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of industry experience with complex project management
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Experience in problem-solving complex technical issues
• Ability to work across multiple organizational levels to achieve results
