Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Design Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to create engaging user experiences across the PSA ecosystem, including marketplace and fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished updates and new features in the production web product
• Quickly build prototypes with design and research teams to test concepts internally and externally
• Establish and maintain design foundations and systems, ensuring quality and consistency across products

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with React and Svelte
• Strong understanding of product design principles, including layout, padding, typography, and color
• Experience working closely with design and product teams
• Proven ability to build and maintain a design system and advocate for its use across teams
• Portfolio showcasing polished projects that reflect attention to detail and user experience
