Senior Design Engineering Leader

Job Summary

To redefine the future of design in an agent-native world, the remote Senior Design Engineering Leader will define technical and organizational vision, drive strategy across design systems, and lead a team of design engineers to enhance developer experiences at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Define a technical roadmap for front-end architecture, innovating user interface strategies
• Innovate scalable design-to-code frameworks and pioneer AI-assisted user experience methodologies
• Champion strategic discussions with cross-functional teams to address complex UI and customer experience challenges

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in front-end engineering or development, or equivalent educational background with relevant experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design and engineering
• Proven track record in shaping design systems and integrating AI/ML into workflows
• Experience in driving cross-functional alignment across design, engineering, and product
• 5+ years of people management experience
