Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and support a design team while fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
• Lead multiple AI initiatives from creation to execution, ensuring alignment with customer value delivery

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Design Leadership roles as a direct manager
• Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously as both a designer and manager
• Strong belief in the potential of AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
• Experience with design infrastructure teams and across a suite of products
• Proven track record of positive collaboration with departments like Engineering and Product Management
