Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Manager/Team Lead - Systemization & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training for team members, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee recruitment
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff
• Create templates and guidelines for design strategy initiatives and manage comprehensive design strategy frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Google apps
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Preferred experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
