Senior Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Design to lead and enhance their design function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead Product Design (UX/UI) across core experiences from discovery to execution
• Establish and evolve Design Systems & Operations for consistency and scalability
• Guide User Research & Insights to inform design decisions grounded in user needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of design experience with significant ownership over Product Design (UX/UI)
• Strong systems thinker with experience in building or evolving design systems
• Experience leveraging user research to inform product strategy and design outcomes
• Proven experience as a player-coach, leading and mentoring design teams
• Deep collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
