Senior Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Design (Art Director).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts and integrated campaigns that align with brand strategy

• Provide leadership and mentorship to design team members, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic and/or digital design within an integrated marketing environment
• 3+ years of experience in people management and creative direction
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with design and motion tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
