Senior Design Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Principal Design Manager will conduct in-depth analysis of client needs, develop tailored event program solutions using Cvent technology, and identify expansion opportunities within client accounts while fostering relationships with Sales and Client Services departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide value-based support analysis for clients related to contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells
• Evaluate clients' total event programs and design solutions that align with their business goals
• Generate data-driven insights through collaboration with the Event Program Design team and Sales counterparts

Required qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in the Cvent Platform, particularly in meeting request forms and budget management
• High level of analytical ability with expertise in reporting
• Experience in selling or managing accounts in the SaaS/technology/hospitality space
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce.com or similar software
• Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
