Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Operations Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of operational programs to enhance team culture and efficiency
• Proactively assess and implement improvements to design operational models and processes
• Manage program status, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership
• Proven track record of partnering across various internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with communication, workflow, and creative asset management systems
