Senior Design Operations Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the effectiveness of the Experience Design team, the full-time temporary Senior Design Operations Program Manager will manage programs to improve design efficiency, team health, and alignment across teams, working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage programs that enhance design team success, including setting goals, strategies, and governance
• Execute program tactics within defined schedules, budgets, and quality parameters while identifying and resolving issues
• Design and lead design sprints to accelerate the development of user-facing products and internal services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of design program management experience within a software environment
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and familiar with user-centered design practices
• Experience with tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Miro/Mural/Wiki
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing programs and leading design sprints
