• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign and knowledge of templated design platforms
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and branding skills
• Experience managing multi-location or offshore creative teams
