Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize operations for the Games Platform XD team to enhance design focus

• Manage the design pipeline from prioritization to program tracking and resource management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in technology and creative environments
• Experience with game consumer platforms and game development workflows
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale design programs in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and user experience design
• Ability to navigate complex problem spaces and build trusting relationships across teams
