Senior Design Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing embedded practice, the contract Senior Design Program Manager will oversee design operational improvements, manage program status, and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively examines and improves design operational models and workflows while collaborating with the Design Operations team
• Develops and implements structured communication plans for programs, ensuring clarity and addressing stakeholder questions
• Manages program status, mitigates risks, and communicates changes in scope, budget, and timeline to internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization
• Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Experience with communication, workflow, and creative asset management systems such as Jira and Figma
• Experience managing programs and Scrum teams in Agile environments
