Senior Design Project Coordinator

Job Summary

To support project execution in a collaborative remote environment, the full-time Senior Design Project Coordinator will manage design deliverables, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery while driving accountability across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination of design deliverables and milestones from project kickoff through closeout
• Act as a key liaison between the Owner and Engineers of Record to ensure accurate delivery of models and documents
• Track design schedules and maintain project records while facilitating cross-functional communication

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Design and/or Construction industry related to project or program management
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
• Experience in document control and QA/QC of documents per established standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various team styles
