A company is looking for a Senior Design System Architect to establish and evolve their global design system.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the design system, aligning it with business goals and user needs
• Architect and maintain the design system, including visual style guides and UI component libraries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the design system

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role with a focus on design standards for complex products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in building or evolving design systems
• Advanced expertise with Figma and component-based design workflows
• Proficiency in design system management tools and a strong understanding of front-end development technologies
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and a solid understanding of human-centered design principles
