Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Systems Engineer, Labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and evolve a design system and component library that ensures consistency, accessibility, and UX quality
• Shape frontend architecture patterns to facilitate AI-assisted development workflows
• Develop and maintain a repeatable experimentation framework for fast prototyping and user feedback

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with customer-facing web products and design systems
• Strong skills in React and TypeScript with experience in frontend architecture
• Proven ability to build functional and tasteful UI with high craft standards
• Experience in creating tools or frameworks that enhance productivity for various collaborators
• Ability to manage ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept to deployment
