Senior Designer

Job Summary

Supporting fast turn creative needs, the remote Senior Designer will design internal communications and social content, maintain a scalable design ecosystem, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into compelling visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Design internal communications, including presentations and leadership messaging
• Create quick turn social content with same day delivery and rapid response creative
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and evolve visual language

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on design experience in agency or in-house settings
• Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, color, and accessibility
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
• Experience with motion design and/or 3D is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
