Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Designer will create innovative web and graphic designs, develop advertising materials, and craft marketing collateral in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable business outcomes
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly websites and landing pages that enhance conversions
• Develop engaging advertisements for platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Display, and Meta

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience designing responsive web experiences
• 3+ years of experience working with marketing agencies in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
• Strong UX/UI skills with hands-on experience creating conversion-focused websites and landing pages
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience developing digital ads and creating brand style guides
