Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a creative team, the contract Senior Designer will develop concept-driven design solutions for live experiences and various supporting touchpoints, working closely with Art Directors and other team members while maintaining a high level of craft throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop thoughtful design solutions that bring ideas and brands to life across live events and supporting materials
• Collaborate with creative team members to establish visual direction and build cohesive design systems
• Take ownership of projects from early exploration to final execution, ensuring high-quality production-ready files

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design and conceptual thinking
• Expertise in typography, layout, composition, and color, along with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience developing visual systems and extending ideas across multiple formats and touchpoints
• Strong production knowledge and understanding of the creative process from concept to execution
• Confidence in receiving feedback and using critique to enhance design work
