Senior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to shape interactive design and digital projects from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate needs into design solutions and create design deliverables for interactive and digital projects
• Design user experiences informed by best practices and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure user-centered solutions
• Contribute to internal design process innovation and assist with marketing materials

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in interactive and digital design
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in a design agency or client service environment
• Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and political or advocacy campaigns
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles and UI best practices
