Senior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to manage the design side of their creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion brand and community practices, ensuring adherence to design guidelines
• Develop and present high-quality design proposals for various community engagements and internal storytelling
• Drive design projects from concept through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams and proactively solving problems

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design, preferably in a tech company or integrated agency
• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Jira, etc.), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong background in design, video, and web development
• Deep understanding of brand principles and community dynamics
• Ability to anticipate creative team needs and manage multiple projects effectively
