Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
• Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
• Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
• Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
• Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
