Senior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer to create impactful designs for social organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and iterate on websites and brands for social impact organizations
• Translate strategy and wireframes into polished, production-ready visual designs in Figma
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, variables, and design systems
• Strong branding and identity design skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for branding and print design work
• Experience presenting work to clients and incorporating feedback
