Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce creative across multiple mediums, including print and digital
• Direct freelance designers and manage collaboration with external agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and brand development
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Canva or similar tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
