Senior Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of design work including sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while navigating ambiguous requirements
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of design initiatives
• Coach and mentor junior designers, providing actionable feedback and facilitating discussions to achieve design goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Experience analyzing user needs and defining functional requirements for complex systems
• Proficient with design software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe
• Prior experience mentoring junior team members
• Experience in government contracting is preferred
