Job Summary

Senior Designer is a full-time position requiring a portfolio showcasing website and graphic design skills, responsible for leading a design team, collaborating on project efficiencies, and ensuring exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Team leadership to implement efficiencies and address client requests
• Lead and mentor design team members while ensuring adherence to industry best practices
• Provide exceptional client support throughout the design process and optimize workflows

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Webflow and other Content Management Systems
• Strong understanding of CSS and HTML for website customization
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Experience in leading and mentoring design teams
• Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
