Senior Designer

Job Summary

Leading design tracks with a high degree of independence, the full-time remote Senior Designer will translate complex briefs into cohesive visual systems, ensuring excellence from concept to final delivery while collaborating closely with Creative Directors and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements, ideate and concept design solutions, and illustrate ideas using storyboards and process flows
• Mockup and design digital executions, animate concepts, and create immersive experiences while adhering to industry standards
• Assist in knowledge transfer and provide guidance to junior designers, while regularly communicating project status updates with the team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in design ownership and creative influence
• Strong understanding of 2D and 3D visual communication
• Proficiency in animation tools and AI-driven design processes
• Experience collaborating within small-to-medium sized teams
• Ability to produce high-quality designs that meet client expectations
