Senior Designer

Job Summary

To support a creative production agency, the fully remote Senior Designer will manage and execute original, visually compelling design work, focusing on storytelling through motion design while collaborating with Creative Directors to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage persuasive design work in line with agency standards
• Lead projects with a strong emphasis on storytelling through motion design
• Inspire a positive creative culture and mentor junior design staff to elevate overall design quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cutting-edge digital creative work with expertise in typography, layout, and brand identity
• Proven experience in a fast-paced agency environment with case studies showcasing work on recognizable brands
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4D as a plus
• Experience in developing novel concepts for motion design and leading animation projects
• Active user of AI image generation tools and a willingness to share knowledge with junior team members
