Senior Designer

Job Summary

Combining creativity with strategic insight, the hybrid Senior Designer will develop innovative design solutions across various media, collaborating with project teams to meet design goals and enhance client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop preliminary concepts into refined design solutions and assist in creating branding guidelines
• Conduct design research and stay updated on industry trends to inform project work
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with team members and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent portfolio, with 5+ years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and MS Office; knowledge of digital prototyping and UX wireframing is a plus
• Ability to design across various media, including print, digital, 3D, and motion
• Experience in conducting research and developing case studies
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on complex assignments
