Senior Designer

Job Summary

Determining design strategy from initial concepts to final delivery, the full-time Senior Designer will execute brand, digital, and campaign work remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design from early concepts through final delivery using established design systems and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate design from the beginning of projects
• Present work confidently to senior leadership, clearly articulating design decisions

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on design experience in an agency or in-house setting
• Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, color, and accessibility
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in brand guidelines
• A strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, interaction, and system design
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing project priorities effectively
