Senior Designer

Job Summary

Supporting fast turn creative needs, the remote Senior Designer will design internal communications, create quick-turn social content, and maintain a scalable design ecosystem while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Design internal communications including presentations and leadership messaging
• Create rapid response social content with same-day delivery
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into compelling visuals

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on design experience in agency or in-house settings
• Strong foundation in design systems, typography, layout, and accessibility
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Motion design and/or 3D experience is a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing layout, typography, and system design skills
