Job Summary

Experienced in visual and motion design, the full-time Senior Designer will translate creative direction into compelling visual identities for various formats, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate AI tools to enhance design efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate creative direction into strong visual identities for video series, newsletters, and editorial content
• Animate and produce motion graphics, ensuring polished and on-brand outputs for video projects
• Collaborate with teams across video, product, social, and editorial to deliver tailored design solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer in relevant environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing mastery of typography, layout, visual systems, and motion graphics
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Illustrator
• Experience utilizing AI-assisted design features to streamline workflows and prototype ideas
• Ability to work independently in complex, fast-paced environments while leading small project phases
