Job Summary

Leading the visual direction for social-first content, the remote Senior Designer will develop compelling conceptual ideas and produce high-quality assets across various platforms, while mentoring a team and integrating AI tools into the creative process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction for social-first content and campaigns, ensuring strong conceptual ideas that differentiate the brand
• Design and produce platform-native assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels, maintaining high standards of quality
• Mentor and guide designers and content creators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the studio

Required qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing social-first design thinking and execution for consumer brands
• Deep understanding of social platform behaviors and visual performance factors across multiple channels
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with proficiency in producing assets quickly
• Experience in art directing photography and video shoots with a focus on inclusive visual representation
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams, providing direction and constructive feedback
