Senior Designer, Creative Systems

Job Summary

To enhance design efficiency and scalability, the full-time Senior Designer, Creative Systems will create and maintain design systems, templates, and frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries across various channels
• Translate creative direction and brand principles into flexible, reusable design solutions
• Collaborate with creative partners to develop templates and streamline creative workflows

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in design systems or digital design
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design craft and experience with scalable creative solutions
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience creating design systems
• Strong understanding of brand systems and ability to translate creative direction into practical design solutions
• Experience developing documentation and governance models for design systems
