Senior Designer Engineer

Job Summary

Leading design initiatives for Complex Claims and Underpayments, the full-time remote Senior Designer Engineer will own UI/UX strategy, optimize user experiences, and collaborate with product teams to deliver scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own UI/UX strategy across Complex Claims and Underpayments platforms while establishing consistent design patterns
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through user research and iterative design
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and aligned with technical constraints

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of complex systems or workflows
• Proficiency in AI prototyping tools and software
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
