Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining remote access and VPN connectivity for business personnel and support teams
Collaborating with IT teams to enhance, design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure solutions
Developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automating desktop management tasks

Required Qualifications:

CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience with troubleshooting PC and mobile device hardware and software
Strong knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and networking concepts
Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting for automation tasks
5+ years of experience in desktop engineering/administration roles
