Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to manage endpoint solutions and enhance user experience through Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune
• Lead the design and management of Windows Autopilot enrollment profiles for zero-touch provisioning
• Optimize Intune AutoPatch for automated Windows Update cycles and ensure device compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or endpoint management
• Expertise with Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies and app deployment
• Proven experience with Windows Autopilot and troubleshooting enrollment issues
• Hands-on experience with Intune AutoPatch for update management
• Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
