Senior Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

Providing systems support in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Desktop Engineer will manage endpoint deployment, maintenance, and compliance using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune, while mentoring junior engineers and driving automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage endpoint software packaging, deployment, patching, and maintenance
• Support innovative approaches to administrative tasks focusing on automation and security
• Configure and maintain Operating System Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager administration
• Experience with Intune administration and JAMF administration is desirable
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory administration
