Senior Detection Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Detection Engineer to enhance threat detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi-signal detections using various technologies
• Lead data onboarding, schema alignment, and coverage strategy for priority threats
• Provide mentorship to junior detection engineers and contribute to program governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of related experience in information security or detection engineering
• Proficiency in SPL, KQL, and experience with detection as code practices
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence and ATT&CK framework
• Preferred certifications include CTIA, CISM, CISSP, or GIAC GCTI
