Senior Detection Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Internal Fraud Center of Excellence, the full-time Senior Detection Operations Manager will be responsible for executing internal fraud alert reviews, conducting preliminary assessments, and ensuring the timely and confidential handling of sensitive incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze potential internal fraud incidents and prepare detailed alert summaries for investigations
• Conduct initial assessments to determine the credibility and appropriate escalation paths for fraud alerts
• Identify trends related to internal fraud and support continuous improvement of detection processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud operations, monitoring, or security operations
• Deep understanding of fraud monitoring tools and insider threat detection
• Proven ability to manage global operations teams and collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong knowledge of internal fraud typologies and insider risk behaviors
• Experience with operational KPIs and executive reporting
