Senior DEU Staffing Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic client, the fully remote Senior DEU Staffing Specialist will provide strategic consulting on qualification requirements, recruitment sources, and automated staffing systems while managing various appointing authorities and conducting job analyses.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide management input on recruitment and placement issues, recommending solutions for job turnover and workforce planning
- Conduct job analyses and draft Job Opportunity Announcements while reviewing military documents for veteran's preference
- Prepare merit promotion certificates and ensure adherence to case file management procedures
Required qualifications:
- 10-12 years of federal cradle-to-grave staffing experience
- Active DEU Certification
- Experience with HR Connect (People Soft)
- Hands-on experience with USA Staffing preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of OPM qualification standards and federal appointing authorities
