Senior Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on software development support for the U.S. Navy's Total Force Manpower Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and sustain enterprise web applications for manpower and organizational management
• Implement software updates and maintain system stability across development, test, and production environments
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to implement technical solutions aligned with mission needs

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and sustaining enterprise-scale software applications
• Hands-on experience with database-driven web applications, preferably in Oracle-based environments
• Experience supporting applications in secure Government environments
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline is preferred
• A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience is desired
